Guest House Seidel is 3 Star graded. All rooms are en suite with colour TV, complimentary tea/coffee making facility and private entrance out of a lovely garden.
We offer 16 guest bedrooms, all main en suite, with colour TV, telephone and stocked bar fridge.
Relax in our tranquil garden or laze in the heated splash pool with a long drink, watching a glorious African sunset.
We offer conference facilities for medium sized groups and also cater for various functions such as birthday parties and weddings. Meals, other than breakfast, are served on request.
Parking is free and on site behind security fencing and we are situated in a security estate. Although close to the N1 freeway, Loftus Stadium, CSIR and Menlyn Mall yet we are situated in a very restful suburb. Our rate is inclusive of VAT and a full buffet breakfast. A high speed WiFi Hotspot is available on a “pay as you use” basis and is also usable in the guest rooms.
Our full day Conference package consist of: Arrival tea/coffee and rusks; mid morning tea/coffee with sweet and savoury snacks; light lunch with fruit juice (client chooses one menu for all delegates but we cater for special dietry requirements if booked beforehand); afternoon tea/coffee.
The conference venues are carpeted and air conditioned and equipped with a pull down screen, white board, flip chart stand (client to provide own flip chart paper or we supply @ R2 per page); 2 white board pens also useable on flip chart paper; overhead projector and 2 electric leads. Data projector and/or laptop computer.is available @ R250 per day each.
